I have struggled with my weight all of my life. Like many of you reading this, I have tried every fad diet and have gained and lost, gained and lost. I am finally on the road to a successful life change. Not a diet.. I am not here to sell you a plan, an exercise video or a bunch of shakes. I am here to be your support, your cheerleader and to provide you with some accountability.

I promise to cheer you on and listen to your struggles. We all need a little support in our lives. I advise that your true weight loss plan come from a professional and I will help you achieve it.
